We work to implement the requirements of the ISO/TS: 16949 international specification, and to apply these standards in the manner which will add the most value to our business and to yours.

Dedicated Quality Team

SAE employs a dedicated quality team to ensure that our processes are continually documented and updated as we identify new ways to improve our business systems. The quality team is not alone in these efforts, the entire organization from new designers to top management is actively engaged in our quality initiatives.



Instilling Universal Employee Initiative

As a young company SAE is striving to integrate the concepts of the “Toyota Way” into our organization on an integral level, and foster a belief that each person can be responsible for continuous improvement every day.

Our growing TQM initiative aims to ensure that we not only identify and resolve quality issues on the business process scale, but also that we identify quality issues unique to your project and solve them on the project level too. Each project and each client is unique and requires specialized attention.
